About the President

Jose G. Fineza, the President of Excelta, aka Mr. Fire Extinguisher, was born on April 23, 1944. He is a BBA, LLB graduate of the University of the East after finishing high school at San Beda College. With a few thousand pesos, he organized Excelta in 1967 with the help of some friends and close relatives. He personally campaigned nationwide and had traveled several times to the United States of America as an active voting delegate to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and undergone training in 1998 at Melbourne, Australia for Halon Bank Recovery. He is likewise the founding president of the Fire Protectors' Federation, Inc (FPFI) in 1987 and became the Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Chamber of Fire Protection Industry (PCFPI) which was envisioned to be the umbrella organization of all local manufacturers of fire extinguishers in the Philippines. 

Message from the President

As we celebrate our 17th DMAN Anniversary, one can only reminisce the good times that we have had especially in the first five (5) years of our multi-level marketing operation. The concept proved to be so powerful that we were able to equal the twenty five (25) years of production in so short a time.
