Last August 9, Excelta's Management announced the creation of a new company which will act as its marketing and distributor of its fine products and services, the SuperNova Safety and Security Products, Inc. During the General Sales Meeting held last August 29, the invitation to become part-owners of SuperNova was extended to all Associates.
The Incorporators were excited with SuperNova as it is about to embark in the continuance of Excelta's legacy of fine products and services and marketing dominance in the industry that save lives and secure properties.
The Incorporators, who also form part of the Board of Directors are Dr.
Anna Maria Fineza-Dela Cruz, Pedro Bertis, Maricel Penaflor, Josephine
De Leon and Gloria Yanga. The Incorporators are enjoining fellow
Exceltans to join them in making SuperNova grow. Among the stockholders
who recently enjoined are Jennifer Dy and Angel Sebastian and there are
some others who signified intentions by placing reservation fees and
contribution pledges.
SuperNova is still accepting additional
stockholders to be partners in this venture. SuperNova stockholders are
projected to enjoy huge return of investment as they will enjoy highest
category discount for personal sales, plus cash and stock dividends and
other emoluments prescribed by law and by the Board of Directors.
Stockholders can also be elected as members of the Board.
The
name of Excelta's marketing arm, SuperNova, is inspired by one of the
titles of Mary, the Mother of Christ, also called the Morning Star.
Excelta's name is also inspired by Mary's name.
SuperNova is a
great big star in the universe that attracts millions of elements and
gases and emits such energy that its brightness is seen thousands of
lightyears away. Likewise, the SuperNova organization, under the
auspices of its mother company, Excelta, and by the grace and guidance
of the Almighty, envisions the company to be as ablazed and as brightly
shining as the stars.
SuperNova is now underway its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
