Last October 19, the Certificate of Incorporation has been granted to Super Nova Safety Products Inc. by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This officially marks the beginning of Excelta's newest marketing arm which will make Excelta as pure manufacturer of Bronco, Donewell and Quench brands. During the General Sales Meeting last November 28, Super Nova was formally announced with the following incorporators namely, Pedro Bertis, Maricel Penaflor, Anna Maria Fineza - Dela Cruz, Josephine De Leon and Gloria Yanga.
