Solid Grace Trading marked its second year as Master Franchise in January 28 this year. Excelta and all its Associates in the area appreciate the accomplishments and support of Boy Lim in developing their Franchise territory and helping Associates achieve their goals. In his first year of operation alone as Franchisee, Boy Lim was able to develop twelve Home Based Operators within Cebu Province and the neighboring areas. His Franchise Office serves Bronco Masters Robelito Comilang, Zosimo Magno, Zenaides Ares, Rico Cabahug, Judefin Soon and other consistent Top Sellers of the company. In his operation, Bronco is patronized by hailed accounts such as DEPED, Transco, Taheiyo Phils., Holcim Phils., Ayala Mall, IWG, and LGUs of Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor and other neighboring areas of the territory. In his second year, Boy Lim was able to develop a new Franchise for Cagayan de Oro City, partners Dennis Yap and Apollo Enriquez of Mindanao Dream Ventures. He supports the new Franchisee by imparting his knowledge of running a Franchise office to his new Franchise.

Full support and sincerity, hardwork and dedication of the couple to Excelta and its Associates characterize the management of their Franchise area. Boy Lim is still working full time in his career at an international company in Cebu, and with his wife, Cynthia, he is still able to manage, oversee and be involved in every affair that concerns his franchise office. He ensured that the company's policies are implemented, the mission and vision imparted, and that marketing programs are promoted in his territory. He makes himself available to Associates and his staff and continues to be in constant communication with them. Boy Lim invests on products and maintains inventory to ensure that stocks are readily available for the hardworking Associates of the region. His wife Cynthia, manages the Franchise office with the assistance of their staff Sharon and Ivy who provides support and assistance to the Associates to ensure their success. His upline, Rudy Sy, who introduced them to Excelta, also assists and contributes to the Franchise operations.
