Exceltans are used to holding their General Sales Meeting or GSM every last Wednesday of the month for several years. However, the said monthly meeting has been moved on a Saturday slot starting October. 

The GSM took place on the 25th of October, the last Saturday of the month, wherein Mr. Fire Extinguisher personally did a text brigade inviting associates to attend because a lot a perks would be given. One of the agenda was to form a new group that would bring the program of Barangay Bronco in its rightful position in the society. Several names for the group were suggested such as Bronco Circle Club, Bronco Integrity Club, Care Group, etc.

Then, the usual flow of the GSM programme was implemented but to make it more interactive, Mr. Daniel Mendiola of the Technical /Service Group asked three participants to do table demonstration guided by his expertise. And so all the attendees gladly received a simple token from Excelta consisting of demo paraphernalia. 

And for those who are still interested to join this group, a leadership training called Towards Excellence Always or TEA Course will kick off on November 5, 2008 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM at the Sucat Head Office.
